About Us
Portal Media is a division of Circuitronics Corporation, and was formed in late 2006. Circuitronics Corporation was established in 1996 and at the time was strictly a Printed Circuit Board factory. Now 12 years later Circuitronics Corporation has evolved into a custom electronic manufacturer with equipment to design, manufacture, assemble and test printed circuit boards, cable assemblies, and various other custom electronics from start to finish. Portal Media is the result of extensive market research which led to Circuitronics Corporation making investments to establish a retail channel for custom designed electronics ready for the consumer market.
Portal Media has the assets in place to design, manufacture, distribute, and support all consumer electronics but we have began with the Car PC systems and accessories as it is still an emerging industry with potential for growth. Portal Media is led by Alok Patel who currently manages the division consisting of 9 individuals ranging from mechanical engineers to web designers. All of Portal Media’s sales operations take place in Sanford, FL at the same facility as Circuitronics Corporation with manufacturing facilities in China and Taiwan.
